Video Cameras for:

- Boilers, Kilns & Furnaces,

- Corrosive Areas,

- Hazardous/Flameproof/Classified Areas.

High Temperature Cameras allow viewing flames up to 4000F/2000C in Furnaces, Boilers, Rotary Kilns, Incinerators and Thermal Oxidizers.  in Paper Mills, Power Plants, Steel Mills, other primary metals processors, Chemical Plants and refineries, etc.

The SE & AE series cameras provide remote viewing for Plant Operators needing cameras in chemically challenging areas of the plant.

The SE & AE cameras operate from - 40F to 200F areas where corrosives may be present.  Different models address a variety of conditions such as corrosives, salt, acids etc. which make “security” cameras of little or no value.

The CCEx1 camera line provides imaging systems for Explosion Proof ("Hazardous Area" by NEC code or “Ex”) applications where flammable liquids, dusts and gases exist.

Basscam Cameras are designed for extended service in corrosive and High Temp areas and locations with excessive shock or vibration.   In-house Consultants will assist you with your system layout needs.

Basscam camera connections are so serviceable that 3 minute camera change-out is practical.  This is valuable when a camera is in a dangerous or heated area.  Gas tight hermetically sealed enclosures, (far beyond “weather tight”), assure that H2S or other corrosive gases won’t penetrate and corrode camera circuitry, as with “security” grade products. Basscam cameras are built in the USA.
